    The goal of my work was to design an intelligent search engine for French legal documents on the web, a system that would allow semantic retrieval of documents. Thus, studies focuse on terminological analysis of the domain, legal concept networks are currently designed extracting domain terms and concepts and various relations among them. The context of this work is the Internet site http://droit.org which publishes French legal documents.


    The title of my Ph.D thesis is :
    "Ontology based information retrieval in french legal documents".
